Identify Your Opener

Common Openers Sold and Serviced In Our Area

Here are samples of some of the openers that are sold and serviced in our area. Some manufactures sell their products under private labels like Accessmaster, Sears, Crafstman, Commander, and Overhead Door, but there is no difference in their original equipment manufacturer mechanics. Your opener may not be pictured here but that does not necessarily mean it is not repairable. A good rule of thumb is if it does not have safety reverse sensors mounted at the bottom left and right side of the door then it is too old to fix. If it fails for any reason it must be replaced with a safer model. After July 1, 2019 your new opener must have a backup battery per California law SB 969.
